Due to an unexpected week-long stay in hospital for one of us, we're really thinking about appreciation this week. After a stressful time, it's interesting to note the things that you crave/miss the most as it's often the simplest pleasures that stick in your mind. To me, it's important to constantly cherish the privileges you have in life so take some time today to let the people you love know, or to appreciate some of the little things that make your life happier or more comfortable. We'll be appreciating all of the love and health we have and trying to spread the happiness around. Hopefully they last a lifetime for us all!
